Guidelines for Democratic Constitution Making and Reform in the Southern African Development Community (SADC). These Guidelines are intended to set out common regional standards on democratic
constitution-making and reform, with an emphasis on the importance of using participatory processes and ensuring that any new or reformed constitution within SADC uses processes and contains provisions which fully comply with the principles of constitutionalism.
